The Face Place was created by my patients through word of mouth over a 4 year span! I started my aesthetic journey in 2018, almost by accident and haven’t looked back since! After leaving the ER as a Nurse Practitioner, I took over a small primary care clinic in downtown Baton Rouge. The NP leaving had built up a few aesthetic pts and I was interested in learning more, so I took my first class and I got hooked. My group of 10-15 primary care/aesthetic patients doubled and tripled in size by word of mouth. I continued to travel to train to expand my knowledge and clientele, eventually opening my own brick and mortar location in the Garden District on Perkins. Initially I started with only injections and skincare then added on other services such as microneedling, lasers, and weightloss. Now we have 4 lasers, a Salt Facial machine, Hydrafacial, and tons of other services! It’s been an amazing journey and I’ve learned so many lessons about life, business, and this industry! I’m so lucky to live out my passion and help my patient’s reach their goals, while teaching them about our facial anatomy. I have even more to be thankful for! My husband, Chris, is the most supportive person I’ve ever met. He has pulled double duty with our 3 boys, while I try to get this clinic on its feet! We live down the street from the clinic and occasionally I will walk to work. Chris just bought me a new bike so after this summer heat that will definitely be my choice of transportation! I cannot wait to meet you and introduce you to The Face Place
Meet Lindsey, the newest team member at The Face Place! Of course she’s a medical aesthetician….but wait THERE’S MORE, she has a bachelors in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans. She’s been practicing advanced medical aesthetics for 12 years in multiple roles such as, director of aesthetics and senior aesthetician. Preventing people from HAIRY situations, she loves changing people’s life with laser hair removal! She enjoys being creative, yoga, and traveling. She’s so excited to be part of The Face Place family!
